Swiss Medical Agency are a medic agents that they working at the Swiss medical center. The Swiss Doctors appear as enemies, they armed an AK-47 to open fire on the player. In the mission cutscene where they trying to help Stretch getting up to shock him. Jason breaks into Stretch's house and takes down the doctors of Switzerland and helps Stretch to get up during the mission cutscene.
